VKode built the Neelan School App as a convenience tool for Neelan International School. This policy explains what information is involved when you use the app and how it is handled.

            In short: We do not collect, store, or sell your
            personal data. The app displays information managed by the school.
            The only data we gather independently is anonymous usage analytics
            via Firebase.
        

Information Displayed in the App

The app shows data provided by the school — such as your name, grade, attendance records, timetable, homework, and exam schedules.
This information is fetched from the school's own systems. VKode does not store or independently collect this data.
Your login credentials are used only to authenticate with the school's server and are never stored by VKode.

Analytics

We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand general app usage — such as which screens are visited and how the app performs.
This data is anonymous. It does not include your name, credentials, attendance records, or any personally identifiable information.
This data is used only to improve the app. It is not used for advertising or profiling.

This app does not display any advertisements.
No advertising SDKs are used.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party.
Firebase Analytics (a Google service) processes anonymous usage data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
No other third-party services are used.

Children's Privacy

This app is used by school students, some of whom may be under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from any user, minor or adult.
No data is used for advertising or profiling, regardless of the user's age.

Data Security

VKode does not store your school data on its own servers. Security of that data is managed by the school's systems.
Anonymous analytics data handled by Firebase is protected by Google's security infrastructure.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time.
The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version.

The app is provided as a convenience tool. VKode is not responsible for any inaccuracies in data sourced from the school's systems. The school's official records always take precedence.
